Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every order, but here’s what you need to know: All sales are final. Since most of our pieces are custom or limited stock, we aren’t able to offer refunds.

Damaged or wrong item? Please reach out to me within 3 business days of delivery with a picture, and I’ll be happy to replace it or issue store credit.

Sizing matters! Be sure to double-check the size chart before ordering. Unfortunately, we can’t do returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Shipping delays. Once an order leaves my hands, it’s in the carrier’s care. I can’t control postal delays, but I’ll always help track your package if needed.

Changed your mind? Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they’re already in process. I always want you to feel excited about shopping here, so if you ever have a problem with your order, message me directly and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Order Status & Shipping

1: Order Status:


• Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
• Once your order shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we offer shipping insurance for you order! If you have trouble tracking your package please contact the shipping company directly.

2: Shipping and Delivery:

• You will select your shipping method at checkout and see the exact rate from the service you select. 
• Orders over $100 before tax and after any discount ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost. 
• Once shipped, United States orders should arrive within 2-8 days.

3: Shipping Time:
